Aw :( We are so sorry to hear that! But hey, not to worry, simply click on the 'Notify Me' button in the sold out item's page and we will be sure to notify you when the item is back in stock! Or you could always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we might be able to look it up at our stores or stockists to see if they still have what you are looking for!
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
Well, now that most of our products come in sizes S, M and L, you can just pick the one that will fit you best! If you're used to our All Size, you can go ahead and choose our size M. If our All Size has been too big for you, you can pick size S and it's been to small for you, you can just pick size L! In any case, you can always refer to the Size Guide section at our product's description page.

I CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR THE ITEM I JUST BOUGHT! HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We totally get that feeling. After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it takes 3-4 working days to process your order (this include: payment checking and packing order) before we send it to shipping company. We will process and ship based on your order ID. If you have more than one order IDs, unfortunately, no combined-order possible for shipment.
