Requirements
-Candidate should at least have a High School Diploma;
- Candidate is currently not a full-time/part-time student or pregnant;
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of working experience in retail industry or e-Commerce;
- Excellent eye for detail and good organizational skill;
- Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company;
- General PC literacy including a good knowledge of Microsoft softwares;
- Able to work on multi-platforms and adjust accordingly;
- Customer-oriented;
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and overtime;
- Proven good track record at previous company as reference.


Responsibilities
- Handling the website administration system including data entry, product uploads and order purchasing;
- Assisting customers with any issues in regard to their returns or their orders via email/text/line/Whatsapp/Website;
- Organize communication for any information to customers about their orders and inquiries;
- Liaise with shipping companies over issues raised by customers with regard to either orders or returns;
- Manage and monitor all replies to social media messages;
- Maintain a high level of service awareness at all times;
- Have a good coordination and communication with Warehouse team regarding order process and monitoring product's shipment.APPLY ONLINE
