Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Management, with at least 5 (five) years of Account & Channel Management Experiences;
- Strong experience in planning, budget setting, performance improvement & project management;
- Willing to be involved with various levels of COTTONINK’s management personnel as well as channel partners and customers and comfortable communicating at these various levels;
- Responsible for achieving the assigned business objectives including revenue, gross margin, expenses and market share, and customer satisfaction;
- Good presentation skills (awesome presentation builder);
- Strong time management skills;
- Strong in consultative, interpersonal and influential skills;
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with the business needs;
- Strong analytical and organization skill;
- Strong communication skills;
- Comfortable with C-Level and Senior Executives;
- Experience working in similar industry or role(s) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Develop short, mid, and long-term business plans;
- Develop COTTONINK’s business in responsibility territory;
- Monitor and drive growth in identified market segments;
- Drive new business opportunities and explore growth opportunities;
- Drive overall responsible revenue for all product lines and market segments;
- Constantly review and update Go-To-Market strategies to penetrate new market segments and growth in existing markets;
- Provide sales forecast by product lines and market segments;
- Lead and manage business transformation to achieve the long-term vision of the company;
- Identify and remove key obstacles to growth;
- Develop and set strategic plan in collaboration with partners;
- Ensuring that every action items on the strategic plan are being well executed, with best quality & in-timely manner;
- Create budget plans, target and monitor the achievements;
- Conduct market survey to identify demands, trends, opportunities and competitors;
- Optimize current strategic plan & re-iterate to get better result;
- Collect and analyze market informations, develop and implement marketing plan in order to improve brand recognition and promote new products;
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers at the senior management and decision-maker level;
- Continuously enhance customer satisfaction and experience by progressively improving services;
- Drive through leadership and strategic positioning of the company to existing and new customers;
- Manage customers in the account segment and accountable for generating new revenue by planning and executing sales transactions, while providing solutions to the group of assigned accounts;
- Responsible for total account management and serve as a primary interface with assigned business customers;
- Drive marketing campaigns and activities for brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key channel partners at the senior management and decision-making level;
- Drive loyalty and increase market share growth among COTTONINK’s partners;
- Support the acquisition of new channel partners in line with the territorial go-to-market strategies;
- Develop the competency of channel partners to support and deliver solutions to customers;
- Facilitate and support channel activities to drive demand and awareness;
- Build and maintain relationship with customers, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnel from various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution;
- Maintain existing channels by supporting on end customer projects in order to increase sales revenue;
- Manage channel conflicts in order to maximize returns.
